Preferred Lenders

Pre-Approval

One of the 1st and most important thing to do when beginning the home purchase process (after finding your Realtor of course) is to get your pre-approval. In today’s market most Real Estate Agents will require that you have a pre-approval letter from your lender before they will even begin to show you homes. Most sellers will not even look at an offer without pre-approval.

Working with a great lender can make all the difference between a great real estate transaction or a not so great real estate transaction. The following are lenders I have worked with in the past and I believe they offer exceptional customer service; they are extremely knowledgeable and ready to help you with your new home purchase. Please give them a call and see if they can help you get your pre-approval. Make sure to tell them that they were recommended by me..I know they will take great care of you.
