Once you have found the perfect home, its time to get the property inspected!!!
As you REALTOR I always recommend that you have the property inspected, even if it is new construction. I recommend you have a Termite inspection as well.
We recommend that use a TREC licensed real estate inspector.
In addition to the home inspection, the inspector may recommend that you have a more detailed inspection on mechanics of the home, such as HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical and also the roof may require further evaluation.
You are free to choose any inspector that you wish, but the following are preferred inspectors and vendors you may be interested in contacting.
Every inspection company has different pricing and different types of inspections that they perform, so ask what services they offer.
